On this page, you will be able to locate/find a place on earth, and view photos from and around that place.

Searching:

Enter a name (city, town etc) in the search tab, and click the search button. You could also add a comma (",")
plus a two letter country code after the city name, like this: "oslo,NO".
This example will search for all places with "Oslo" at the start of the name, and only in Norway.

Be aware of that a search string like "oslo" will find "Oslofjorden", but not "Czech-Oslo-vakia" (wich is split up anyway) ;-)
Searches are case insensitive, meaning you don't need to bother with capital letters.

Results:

Your search will result in a list of places, and you choose one of them by clicking on the "Name".

This will fetch a map and a list of photos. Move the mouse over a photo to see an enlargment, and click on
the photo to find more info about it and it's location. A small icon will show you where the photo is taken on the map.

You can also click and drag the small red balloon-icon on the map to a new location, and then click the
search button again to relocate the search.
